Just a heads up. If anybody ever thought about building a front spitter i highly recomend using alumilite. It held up to some serious abuse and actually saved my car in the wreck. It is amazingly light and rigid. And, It also only cost $140 for a 4x8 sheet.  ;D

I figure i can build the exact splitter i had for about $200. If anyone wants to see how to build one i'd be happy to show you my old one. It's really a nice design.

I'm going to use plywood.  I took pics of yours for just such an emergency.   :P

Got the call that my car is done.  Should pick it up tomorrow.  Gonna put a few miles on the car before autox-ing it.

Awsome. So can we get the dyno numbers? Or did you not have them tune it? I'd expect you can get that thing to 600whp if you wanted.

Didn't ask Dan what the #s were.  I'll get the dyno sheet tomorrow.  Also, it wasn't a final tune.  Just a break in tune on low boost.  Dan said run it about 500miles and then stop back over and they'll get it finalized.  Only part that sucks is that Shootout is starts in 2 weeks and things will be crazy all next week and the following week.  So I still may miss a few weeks of autox.  We'll see.

Also didn't get the oil cooler installed.

Well we can put the oil cooler in. I just did that!

It looks like you will get to use your tires after all. I can't wait to see how you do in SM. IMO that engine in an auto-x car is going to be great.

Not sure how much of a pain the MAP oil cooler will be vs a factory one.  We'll see.
I'm afraid I'll be completely rusty by the time I run it.
