Re-financing a house

Anyone here do this as a job? My interest rate blows and I want it lower.

I don't do it as a job. But I did the same thing in the last year or so and it's worth it...

I'm a realtor... so I'm kinda in the business...?  but I can't help you on the refi, other than to refer a mortgage guy that I've been working with for some time now.  He's also done well by me, and anyone I've sent to him.

He's also a little bit of a car guy, and is probably why we get along so well.  Even if he did just sell his 60's Vette to buy a a new Chevy Truck (but drives his Tahoe more to keep the truck clean).
