FS: MN-12 in need of rebuild $600 obo

Just swapped a used trans into my Z06, the one that came with the car had a grind into 2nd and 4th, and popped out of 2nd now and then.  Should be an easy rebuild for someone that wants to deal with it.  $600, or will trade straight up (Kurt are you out there???) for 4 REAR C5 Z06 wheels, or would consider a partial trade for decent street tires (XS, NT05, RA-1, something trackable I can sort of drive on in stockish C5 Z06 sizes) or straight up if they are nice enough.
