I looked at that place to store that ITA Neon when I had it. It's a pretty nice place. It's a large former wood shop on a property with a beautiful home. The reason it's limited ins and outs is because it's only a 1 car entrance and he situates the renters in there as tight as possible. So once you're in, you're in until everything that has you parked in gets pulled out.
